South District Contest is Open to surfers interested in the Texas Gulf Surfing Association who live South of Victoria, Texas.  Entry fee for the District Contest is reduced to $25 per event ($15 for Micro-Groms).  The Primary date for the contest has been reset to February 2, 2019 with alternate dates of February 3, 9 or 10.  The specific location for the event will be announced the afternoon before the contest and will depend on conditions anticipated.
